Our Story

In 1982, Ah-So Gardens opened its doors in London, Ontario. Our family business flourished to 3 restaurant locations (Vancouver, London and Toronto) by the late 80’s, serving their delicious Teriyaki Hot Plates and Tempura within a Tatami Room setting. Rebranding ourselves as Ah-So Sushi, prepared by world class Chefs from Asia, became so popular that we continued to support the trend by implementing Sushi Bars across Ontario to share this healthy and tasty fare to our Guests through the late 90’s and early 2000’s.

Finalizing ourselves as Ah-So Fine Foods, we now serve our fare to Retailers and Wholesalers with a brand of premium quality Sushi and Asian Fare. Sticking to our artisan roots, the company continues to innovate and act as a full Sushi category solution to all our Guests while delivering a positive experience filled with fresh, delicious food. With over millions of Guests served, Ah-So Fine Foods is a leading handcrafted boutique Sushi Company, driven to satisfy all levels of Guests.

Ah-So Fine Foods has been giving back to the community for over 30 years! With contributions to the United Way, Grocery Banners, Independent Markets, Post-Secondary Institutions, local Communities and Athletics we are proud to support the areas we do business in.

The Founder of Ah-So Fine Foods sat on the Board of Directors of the United Way for 2 terms (6 years) raising over $100,000 through the Ah-So Golf Tournament. Our company continues to support Charities and local Athletics across Canada.
