Chef Yoon brings a wealth of experience and skill to the Ah-So Sushi family. He is an internationally recognized and awarded master craftsman.

Chef has been awarded prizes at several prestigious international festivals including the Korea food competition, the Seoul International food festival, and the Hangja food competition.

From humble roots

In 1982, Ah-So Gardens restaurant opened its doors in London, Ontario. Our family business flourished and expanded to 3 restaurant locations (Vancouver, London and Toronto) by the late 80’s. We gained a loyal following by serving delicious Teriyaki Hot Plates and Tempura, prepared by world class chefs from Asia, within a Tatami Room setting.

A Dream began to take shape in our hearts and minds - making our gourmet sushi experience more accessible to you.

A world class SUSHI company is born

We rebranded ourselves as Ah-So Sushi and began opening Sushi Bars across Ontario in the late 90's in order to share our healthy and delicious food with you. We now provide retailers and wholesalers across Ontario and Quebec with our unique brand of premium quality fresh sushi and Asian fare.

Sticking to our artisan roots, the company continues to innovate and act as a full sushi category solution for all our guests, while delivering an exceptional service experience filled with fresh, delicious food.

With millions of guests served, Ah-So Fine Foods is a leading handcrafted boutique sushi company, passionately driven to satisfy.

Giving back

Ah-So Fine Foods has been giving back to the community for over 30 years. With contributions to the United Way, grocery banners, independent markets, post-secondary institutions, local communities, and athletic organizations we are proud to support the communities where we do business.

The Founder of Ah-So Fine Foods sat on the Board of Directors of the United Way for 2 terms (6 years) raising over $100,000 through the Ah-So Golf Tournament.

We are also proud supporters of the Children's Health Foundation's Youth Philanthropy Group in support of adolescent mental health.

Ah-So believes deeply in supporting charities and local athletics across Canada.
